I've enjoyed this series and this is a good book but I didn't feel the chemistry between the main characters as the other 2 books. I didn't think the author was clear on Amber's true feelings about why she needed to work for BMB. Like what was she hiding inside or what happened more in her childhood to feel the need to be a professional bride? It also seemed to end abruptly to where things weren't completely settled between Rym and those around him like his mom. I like the author a lot and I will read more from her. This book just wasn't my favorite.Product details

I read this short story a while back, but I remember that it began with the male MC enduring most of the conflict. He had some tough choices to make, which led him to Amber. I liked both characters and enjoyed the tension between them. It's what led me to read another in the series, so I just bought the last today. BMB, very clever concept!!
This was an ok read. If I had not gotten the book for free, I'm not a 100% certain I ever would have bought it--the basis for the plot revolves around a company that sets up marriages destined to end in divorce (personally, I think marriage deserves more respect than simply calling it a business proposition). In the end though, this is a romance, which means love and marriage win out.
Anyone who hasn't taken advantage of this BMB series has missed out on hours of enjoyment. I love Ms. McConnell's characters and the story lines. It's fun to watch these strong pretty girls get these handsome billionaires into lovable shape. It's also nice to know that even though the relationships get warm, I won't be blindsided by unnecessarily descriptive bedroom scenes. I wish I had more than one more in this series to look forward to.
This was a highly entertaining romance story about a fiercely independent and capable woman and a man who suddenly inherits a lot of wealth and has to adjust to fit the shoes of his successful Grandpas empire! I love how the romance has a lot of realism attached to it and brings out the challenge of adjusting in a relationship without being a bed of roses! A great romance story leaving you hooked to the end without all the sexy steamy scenes some of us love to do without! Love conquers all as always. Beautiful ending. 5 stars for me definitely!
Thought this story had great potential. It lacked the depth of character development that was needed to really keep a reader invested. Early in the book, there was some good work helping learn more in depth about the characters and their motivations, but there were spots throughout the book and especially at the end where emotions and actions seemed really disjointed. It was almost like the author was either rushing to finish or limited in length of book... The ending would have been so much better if we had been taken more in depth on the emotional journey to the final HEA
Great story but not smooth sailing for Amber and Rym. Since I am personally against divorce, I had a harder time with this story-line because Amber had already experienced three “successful” 1-year business marriage contract and divorces as the book begins. Rym doesn’t want a wife but doesn’t want to lose the empire that his grandfather built, so agrees to the marriage contract. The story has many ups and downs and much more negative vibes than the other books in the series, but it was still a well-written, clean romance with a very happy ending.
This was another good story in the Billionaire Marriage Brokers series. It was interesting to see a different spin on the story- a girl who'd been a bride a few times helps out a new billionaire who is in over his head. Maybe I've been reading too many of these back to back, cause this story didn't resonate with me as much as some of the others. Still a good clean romance, just not my favorite.
